This notice explains how Özkanoğlu İnş. Taah. Tic. Ltd. Şti. ("Özkanoğlu", "we" or "the Company"), acting as data controller, processes personal data obtained through this website, our communication channels and LinkedIn Lead Generation Forms in accordance with Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and other applicable legislation.

2. Personal Data We Process

Depending on your interaction with us, we may process:

• identity and contact data such as name, surname, telephone number, email address and address;
• request, quotation, customer and communication records;
• company and dealership application data, including commercial title, establishment date, registry and tax information, business activity, brands, employee count, bank names and proposed store information;
• payment and transaction information processed in connection with e-collection services;
• technical data such as IP address, device/browser information, traffic records, cookies and website usage data;
• information you submit through LinkedIn Lead Generation Forms, including your LinkedIn profile details, job information, company, contact details and answers to form questions.

3. Purposes of Processing

We process personal data to respond to requests; provide information, quotations, products and services; assess dealership and business cooperation applications; manage customer relations, payments and after-sales processes; ensure website security; meet legal obligations; establish, exercise or protect rights; improve our services; measure advertising performance; and, where legally permitted or based on your consent, conduct commercial communication and marketing activities.

4. Collection Methods and Legal Grounds

Data may be collected electronically through website forms, cookies, email, telephone, WhatsApp, social media accounts, LinkedIn Lead Generation Forms, e-collection services and similar channels, or physically through documents and applications. We process data on the legal grounds that processing is required by law, necessary for a contract, necessary for compliance with a legal obligation, necessary for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right, or necessary for our legitimate interests without harming fundamental rights. Where required, processing is based on explicit consent.

5. LinkedIn Lead Generation Forms

When you submit a LinkedIn Lead Generation Form, LinkedIn first processes the information under its own privacy policy and makes the submitted lead available to us. We use this data to contact you about the product, service, quotation, dealership or cooperation request stated in the relevant advertisement; to manage the sales process; and to measure campaign performance. We do not use submitted lead data for unrelated purposes. Commercial electronic messages are sent only where permitted by applicable law.

6. Cookies and Analytics

The website may use cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar and Meta Pixel, to operate the website, protect security, understand visitor behaviour and measure advertising performance. These providers may process device, browser, IP address and usage data under their own privacy terms. You can restrict non-essential cookies through your browser settings; doing so may affect certain website functions.

7. Transfer of Personal Data

Where necessary for the purposes above and in accordance with applicable legislation, data may be shared with authorised public bodies; courts and legal advisers; banks and payment service providers; hosting, IT, security and communication service providers; analytics and advertising providers; and business partners involved in fulfilling your request. Use of global services such as LinkedIn, Google, Meta, Hotjar and WhatsApp may involve processing or storage outside Türkiye. Any international transfer is carried out in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK and applicable safeguards.

8. Retention and Security

Personal data is retained only for the period required for the processing purpose and applicable statutory limitation or retention periods, and is then deleted, destroyed or anonymised in accordance with the law. We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data.

9. Your Rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you may ask whether your data is processed; request information about processing; learn its purpose and whether it is used accordingly; learn the recipients; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; request deletion or destruction where conditions are met; request notification of correction/deletion to recipients; object to a result arising exclusively from automated processing; and request compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

You may submit a request, together with information sufficient to verify your identity and the right you wish to exercise, to the contact address above or through another method recognised by applicable legislation. Requests are concluded as soon as possible and no later than thirty days, depending on their nature.
